Our Story

It all started when Bracha and Peninah each got engaged! Friends and family around the world wanted to share in the simcha and asked how they could send  gifts to the new couples in Israel from afar. Little did they know how complicated this would be.

It turned out that receiving gifts from loved ones abroad was quite a logistical headache. Sending gifts from America seemed crazy. Wine glasses? They’d break on the way over. A KitchenAid mixer? It wouldn’t even work in Israel. Blankets? Too bulky. Dinnerware? Too heavy. And Israeli websites in Hebrew were confusing for our friends and family abroad. There was no registry system in Israel that made things easy. Why did it need to be so complicated?
